Shipping Policy

All orders  are processed  within 3  to  5  business  days  (excluding  weekends  and  holidays)  after receiving  your  order  confirmation  email.  You  will  receive  another  notification  when your  order  has shipped. Include any  other  pertinent  information  towards the beginning, such as  potential  delays  due to  a high  volume of  orders or  postal service  problems that are outside of  your  control.

Domestic  Shipping  Rates  and  Estimate

For  calculated  shipping  rates: 

Shipping  charges  for  your  order  will be  calculated  and  displayed  at checkout.

For  simple  flat rate shipping:

We do not offer flat rate  shipping.

We offer Free shipping for orders over $125).

Local  delivery

Free  local delivery  is  available for  orders over  $125.  For  orders under  $125your  order  will be  calculated  and  displayed  at checkout. You will  be contacted via  email or text message with  the phone  number  you  provided at  checkout  to  notify you  on  the day  of  our  arrival.

In-store pickup

There is no in-store pickup.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order on the day your shipping confirmation email stated, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Return Policy


If  you’re looking  to  return  or exchange  your  order  for  whatever reason, we're here to help!    You  can  return  your  product for credit , a  different  product , or  a refund to  the original  payment  method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy. 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging (Shopify)

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps. 

1. Email and send the Item #, order #, receipt of payment and picture of item with a reason for the exchange or return.
